Job summary

JYSK is seeking a Store Application QA Specialist to take software testing at our Store Applications team to the next level, ensuring that IT applications are stable for Store employees and support customer service.

You will be part of a QA team of six specialists and a team leader, with responsibilities spanning test design, test case writing, execution, configuration management, release management, and documentation. A shift-left quality culture and remote-friendly policy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage detailed repetitive testing tasks.
• Experience with test methodologies and test design techniques for coverage.
• Good understanding of Retail in general and the in-store processes.

Responsibilities

• Write test cases for new stories and features based on acceptance criteria.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Test execution: run tests on changes and fixes with or without IT technicians in Scrum teams.
• Bug triage in coordination with Helpdesk and Store IT.
