Innomotics A/S in Ballerup is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Order Management & Logistics team. This permanent, full-time role handles sales and purchase orders, creates material master data with our technical team, and maintains close communication with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

You will contribute to process improvements, support internal sales, and work in an international environment with colleagues across functions.

Competenze

• Educational background in logistics or related field.
• Experience in export, logistics or procurement is a plus.
• Solid IT skills (MS Office); SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong English and Danish skills, written and spoken.

Career Opportunities: Logistics Coordinator (7147)

Join our Order Management & Logistics team in Ballerup as a Logistics Coordinator. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated colleague to strengthen our team and contribute to ensuring outstanding service to our customers. You'll become part of a dynamic, international environment where no two days are the same, working across a broad range of logistics and procurement tasks and collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization.

This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll be part of a dedicated team of four logistics colleagues. In total, we are 14 employees in Denmark, working closely together across functions to achieve our shared goals and deliver excellent results.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate and process sales and purchase orders
• Create material master data in collaboration with our technical team
• Follow up on orders and maintain close communication with suppliers and customers
• Maintain and improve operational logistics processes
• Provide excellent service to customers and internal sales teams
