Job summary

Vikinor, a market leader in critical infrastructure, is expanding its Logistics team and seeking a motivated student assistant for 15-20 hours per week on-site in Søborg.

You will gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations, shipping documentation, and ESG data assessments while supporting day-to-day logistics tasks in an international team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a Danish university.
• Interest in supply chain management and logistics.
• Curious, self-driven and eager to learn.
• Structured, detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and monitoring the global supply chain of the company.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices.
• Support CO₂ emission assessments of shipments for ESG reporting.
• Verify shipment data accuracy and ensure documentation compliance.
• Assist with various ad-hoc logistics and administrative tasks.

Vikinor is a market leader in critical infrastructure, providing the essential infrastructure technology, enclosures, shelters, hybrid on/off-grid power systems, and advanced thermal management solutions that ensure seamless operation within telecom, communications, IT and data centres worldwide.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Logistics team and are looking for a motivated student assistant to join us.

Your role

As a Logistics Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations and international shipping processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in tracking and monitoring the global supply chain of the company.
• Preparing shipping documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices.
• Supporting CO₂ emission assessments of shipments for ESG reporting.
• Verifying shipment data accuracy and ensuring documentation compliance.
• Assisting with various ad-hoc logistics and administrative tasks.

About you:

• You are in the early stages of your master’s degree at a university within Denmark.
• Have an interest in supply chain management and logistics.
• Are curious, self-driven and eager to learn.
• Are structured, detail oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Have experience working with Microsoft tools (especially Excel).
• Experience working with SharePoint is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week on-site in our Søborg office.
