Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is recruiting a Student Assistant for the Sustainability Strategy & Reporting team at our headquarters in Hedehusene. You will help shape deliverables that support DSV's sustainability agenda, gaining hands-on experience in an international environment covering strategy, reporting, governance, partnerships and sustainability communication.

You should be enrolled in a related university program with at least two years completed, and you will develop slide

• Administer the team’s shared inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct light desk research and monitor sustainability trends.
• Support larger projects with project managers in the team.

Are you interested in learning how a global company works strategically with sustainability? Would you like hands‑on experience in an international environment and the opportunity to help shape deliverables that support DSV's sustainability agenda?

Join DSV’s Sustainability Strategy & Reporting team as a Student Assistant at our global headquarters in Hedehusene.

You will become part of a small, highly skilled team working at the heart of DSV’s sustainability agenda, covering strategy, reporting, governance, partnerships, and sustainability communication. As part of the wider Group Sustainability & Compliance function, you will also gain exposure to topics such as business ethics, health and safety, and ESG ratings.

We are looking for a motivated and bright student who is ready to take ownership of tasks and contribute proactively to achieving our team deliverables.

Tasks

• Support the development of slide decks and website content for internal and external communication, including Sustainability Board presentations, templates and texts
• Review stories submitted to DSV’s sustainability engagement map
• Help cross-check draft reports to ensure consistency across external reporting products
• Administer the team’s shared inbox, including responding to general enquiries and external requests
• Conduct light research and monitor developments in sustainability trends and regulation
• Support larger projects and ad hoc tasks in close cooperation with project managers in the team.

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant university programme, such as business administration, economics, sustainability, political science, communication, or a related field and have completed at least two years of your studies
• You have a strong interest in sustainability and an understanding of how large companies work with environmental, social, and governance topics
• You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail, enabling you to consistently produce high‑quality outputs
• You are well‑versed in conducting desk research and synthesising information into clear and concise insights
• You are structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• You take initiative, enjoy learning, and work well as part of a small team

The position is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours during busy periods and exams.
