Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a liquid cooling thermal engineer to join Hyve. You will work closely with engineering, marketing and sales to review product specifications and design of mechanical, thermal and system architecture to enable a competitive offering.

You will collaborate with vendors on liquid cooled server product design and development, lead cross-functional teams to ensure a time-to-market product launch and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with liquid cooling design for servers.
• Proficiency in CFD tools and thermal validation.
• Familiar with Linux OS and English language.

Responsibilities

• Design compute/storage servers from a thermal perspective.
• Design liquid cooling components like plates and loops.
• Perform thermal simulations using CFD tools.
• Validate thermal designs and prepare reports.
• Benchmark power and performance of new hardware.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Support top-tier data center customers on requirements.
