Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Hardware DQA/EA Engineer to drive quality in server product development. You will collaborate with HW/FW teams to validate signals, execute high/low speed tests, and ensure design integrity from component selection to final integration.

Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 5+ years in server product development, with strong debugging and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of Server Product Development experience.
• Strong understanding of server components and signal measurement.

Responsibilities

• Debugging with HW/FW team to clarify issues.
• Create and review high/low speed signal test plans and reports.
• Analyze high speed design capabilities.
• Familiar with signal validation equipment/tools and specs.
• Familiar with various high/low speed signal measurements (PCIe, SATA, SAS, USB, IEEE, I2C, SPI, RGMII).

I. Job Summary

Hardware DQA/EA Engineer

Ii. Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Debugging with HW/FW team to clarify issue.
• High/Low speed signal test plan/report create & review.
• Analysis high speed design ability.
• Familiar with signal validation equipment/tools and specification.
• Familiar with High/Low speed signal measurement ex. PCIe, SATA, SAS, USB, IEEE, I2C, SPI, RGMII...etc.
• Familiar with Intel/AMD Margin test tools.

Iii. Education And Work Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of Server Product Development.

Iv. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Working knowledge of major server components (motherboards, hard drives, RAM, CPU’s, heat sinks, fans, etc.) required.
• Firm understanding of signals measurement in a Server Product.
• Proven ability using appropriate test equipment.
• Demonstrated ability in information analyzes problem solving and leadership.
• Better to know protocol analysis and debugging.
