Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks a highly skilled DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) Service Delivery Engineer to lead the delivery, operational management, and continuous improvement of liquid-cooled infrastructure solutions supporting AI, HPC, and enterprise workloads.

Based in Oslo with Denmark and Sweden as secondary locations, the role focuses on high availability, incident and problem management, and automation initiatives to improve service reliability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, SRE, or infrastructure management.
• Expertise in infrastructure lifecycle management, service operations, and operational governance.
• Experience supporting AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.

• Lead deployment, onboarding, and operational management of liquid-cooled data center infrastructure services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and operational readiness of liquid-cooling environments supporting AI and HPC workloads.
• Drive incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, standards, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure seamless service integration and support.
• Drive automation initiatives that improve service reliability and operational efficiency.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and operational readiness of liquid-cooling environments supporting AI and HPC workloads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with liquid cooling technologies and thermal management systems.
• Knowledge of AI, HPC, GPU clusters, or hyperscale data centers.
• Experience with predictive analytics and AI-driven operational automation.
• Advanced degree in a related technical field.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
