Job summary

TGR Solutions, Inc. designs and builds autonomous UV‑C disinfection robots for regulated environments, with a presence in Europe and the US. The Implementation Specialist role combines change control, qualification, and operator training to integrate ADIBOT into GMP sites.

You will own each life sciences account on site from PO to 90 days, collaborating with QA, Validation, Microbiology, Facilities, EHS, and Operations, plus Customer Success and Sales. Travel is substantial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years field-based, customer-facing technical work in pharma/biotech.
• Gowning and work in classified areas; ISO 14644 and EU GMP Annex 1 know-how.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and change control under GMP.
• Hands-on deployment or servicing of complex machinery; on-site troubleshooting.
• Fluent English; Danish or another European language is a plus.
• Ability to travel 60%, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan deployment around contamination control and change control.
• Assess site readiness including classified areas, airlocks, and access routes.
• Provide the change control package: equipment description, UV-C safety data, risk inputs.
• Support QA on IQ/OQ/PQ protocols on site.
• Be SME on the robot and disinfection protocols; advise on measurement options.
• Answer QA questions on cycle records generation, storage, and export.
• Train operators in UV-C safety and help write SOPs and training records.
• Review fleet data with customers, resolve bottlenecks, identify expansion areas.
• Notify customers of firmware updates and assist with change assessment.
• Handover accounts to Customer Success at day 90 with open items.
• Share field learnings with Product and Engineering.
