Job summary

LEGO Koncernen in Billund, Denmark, invites you to join the Outbound Licensing team as an intern, helping deliver sustainable licensing and consumer product solutions through global brand collaborations and experiences.

You will work with licensees to build portfolios, support negotiations, forecasting and portfolio management, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to turn vision into day-to-day operations. Hybrid schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university program within Business or a related field.
• Proficient written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Experience delivering licensing partnerships and brand collaborations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support licensee portfolio management and strategic assortment development.
• Assist in contract negotiations, forecasting and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies.
• Contribute to licensing plans aligned with ROI and brand values.
• Work cross-functionally to manage submissions, reports and research.
• Support growth of the licensing portfolio with strong storytelling.
