Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Licensing Manager for Publishing, Licensing, and Extended Line (LEL) to drive partnerships and portfolio development. You’ll coordinate with Publishing, Design and Global Marketing to manage rights, forecasts and go-to-market plans.

The role requires strong account and retail development experience in a matrixed organization, excellent English, and willingness to travel up to 10%. A hybrid work policy offers 3 in-office days and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Manager (Account, Retail Development) in a large, matrixed organization, ideally in the Publishing industry.
• Proven partner and customer management skills.
• Ability to drive important metric results and set priorities against deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and participate in overseas calls outside working hours.
• Dedicated to a hybrid work policy: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee licensing partner relationships across Retail Development, Portfolio Development, and Daily Business & Partner Management.
• Collaborate on retail strategy with Go-to-Market and licensing partners; support pitches to retail accounts.
• Develop new product concepts with Publishing Team and align with partner publishing plans.
• Secure and update partner financial forecasts; manage NPS insights and partner onboarding.
