Job summary

3Shape is seeking a Senior Product Creation Learning Partner for a maternity cover of at least 12 months. The role focuses on building and embedding a scalable capability framework to empower Product Creation teams across processes, tools, and ways of working in an international R&D environment.

You will map training needs, drive rollout plans with functional owners, and anchor regular training cadences while aligning with transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in building learning frameworks in complex medical regulated R&D or technology organizations.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong teamwork.
• Understanding of how different profiles learn; balance technical tool training with soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the learning and capability framework and structures to support tool and process adoption.
• Map and prioritize training needs with stakeholders; drive rollout plans with owners.
• Establish regular cadences for training areas and materials; coach and support communities of practice.
• Align with transformation initiatives and operating model changes; support change management.
• Define KPIs for capability building and drive continuous improvement of the training setup.
• Willingness to travel during the maternity-cover period.
