We are looking for an experienced Process Partner to join the Product Creation Excellence (PCE) team and help maintain, govern, and continuously improve the process landscape for the development lifecycle at 3Shape. Working closely with the team and the wider organization, your goal will be to ensure that our development life cycle remains well anchored, aligned, and continuously improved, following best practices for efficient and predictable product and solution delivery.
At 3Shape, you will use your ability to align and influence stakeholders across organizational levels and functions, combined with your solid experience in end-to-end product development lifecycles covering software, hardware, and systems development—ideally within a regulated medical device environment.
You will join the PCE team, a group of around 10 colleagues based in Denmark, working to enable Product Creation and adjacent functions across processes, training, tools, strategy, and transformation.
