atNorth is a Nordic data center company delivering sustainable, high-density colocation across the Nordics. We seek a Leadership & Learning Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our Leadership, Learning & Development function.

You will run leadership cohorts across time zones, own LMS and SharePoint hubs, and improve training materials, newsletters, and onboarding for leaders. You'll work with the Manager of Leadership, Learning & Development in an international setting to grow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of learning & development coordination or HR operations coordination experience.
• Qualification in business administration, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LMS, SharePoint or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience in a multi-country organization is a plus.
• International setting experience and fluent in English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule leadership cohorts, workshops and development cycles across countries and time zones.
• Handle vendor logistics for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Own LMS: accounts, enrollments, and content updates.
• Maintain self-service SharePoint hubs and ease of navigation.
• Administer 360 feedback surveys for leaders (HiBob).
• Develop leadership and People & Culture content, from materials to visuals.

Leadership & Learning Coordinator at atNorth

atNorth has grown fast, and our leaders and teams across five countries need learning that is easy to find, well organized and always up to date. As our Leadership & Learning Coordinator, you become the operational backbone of our Leadership, Learning & Development function. You make sure cohorts start on time, platforms stay current, leaders get the right information at the right moment, and our training records are always ready for audit.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety. One day you're setting up a leadership cohort across three time zones, the next you're designing a sharp training visual, building a newsletter or helping a new leader get off to a great start. You'll own our LMS and SharePoint hubs, so if you're the person who builds better workflows and automations without being asked, you'll fit right in.

You'll work closely with the Manager of Leadership, Learning & Development and a team that cares about developing people. You'll have plenty of room to bring in your own ideas, improve how we work and grow with a company that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule leadership cohorts, workshops and recurring development cycles across countries and time zones
• Handle vendor logistics, including venues, materials and travel, for both in-person and virtual sessions
• Own our LMS: user accounts, access, enrollments and keeping content and links up to date
• Keep our self-service SharePoint hubs fresh, easy to use and easy to navigate
• Administer 360 feedback surveys for our leaders (in HiBob)
• Help develop leadership and People & Culture content, from training materials to meeting decks and visuals
• Run the monthly leadership newsletter and other leadership communication, and schedule online information meetings
• Support onboarding for new leaders
• Keep mandatory training on track: map requirements by role, country and site, enroll employees, follow up on overdue completions and track certification renewals
• Keep training records audit-ready, report on completion status and risk, act as a point of contact during external audits and manage learning provider contracts and invoicing

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development coordination, HR operations programme coordination or a similar role.
• Y ou have a qualification in business administration, HR or a related field, or equivalent experience
• It’s a plus if you have some experience in HR operations, L&D coordination or compliance administration as well as experience from a multi-country organization
• You're a natural with systems (and uses AI on a daily basis) and learn new platforms quickly; experience with an LMS, SharePoint or similar tools is an advantage
• You have an eye for design and can create clear, engaging visuals for training and communication
• You're highly organized, detail-oriented and get satisfaction from keeping things accurate and on track
• You're communicate clearly and professionally, and you're comfortable following up and keeping people accountable in a friendly way
• You handle confidential and audit-related data with discretion and reliability
• You thrive in an international setting and speak and write fluent in English
