Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a Test Manager, Connectivity Solutions, to lead verification across firmware, hardware, and connectivity for its water division. You will shape testing practices, manage traceability from requirements to release, and drive AI-enabled verification and automation in a collaborative, expert team.

The role reports to the Director of Connectivity and sits in an engineering environment that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Python, embedded C, test automation, and embedded systems debugging.
Fluent in English, able to communicate across disciplines and with international teams.
Ability to develop verification strategies and test plans from product requirements and use cases.
Experience in systems integration and acceptance testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the verification strategy throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead verification activities across firmware, hardware, connectivity, and integrated solutions.
Ensure traceability, test coverage, and alignment from requirements to release readiness.
Drive AI-enabled verification, test automation, and modern quality engineering practices.
Build and strengthen capabilities, processes, and governance for the future test organization.
