Kamstrup invites motivated engineering students for an internship in Connectivity for Water Solutions. You will work with firmware engineers on prototyping, embedded software development and data analysis, contributing to real development projects from day one.

You will explore 4G/LTE based on CAT-M and NB-IoT, gain experience with LoRaWAN, and develop Python scripts. The role emphasizes collaboration, curiosity and a proactive mindset, with tasks tailored to your interests and competencies.

Qualifications

• Be studying a relevant degree within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar
• Have an interest in embedded software and technological development
• Work in a structured way and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Are a good communicator who thrives in collaboration across different levels of the organization
• Have a proactive mindset and get motivated by exploring new technologies, which requires new solutions and software development

Responsibilities

• Supporting building prototypes using the latest technologies
• Working with embedded software development
• Collecting and analyzing test data for ongoing technology projects
• Exploring 4G/LTE technology primarily based on 3GPP CAT-M and NB-IoT
• Obtaining experience with LoRaWAN protocol
• Developing various scripts typically in Python
