Job summary

NH Collection Copenhagen is seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead the daily kitchen operations at ROOF and support the Executive Head Chef with projects to improve processes. From April to October you oversee ROOF service; from November to March you share duties with the Kitchen Supervisor.

You bring proven leadership in a busy kitchen, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluent Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a busy kitchen.
• Experience in a similar sous-chef role preferred.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operation for ROOF from Apr–Oct.
• Share responsibility for the kitchen operations Nov–Mar with Kitchen Supervisor.
• Assist with menu development, hygiene compliance, stock management and purchasing.
