Job summary

CORI Hornbæk Hotel is seeking a hands-on Supervisor & Sommelier to lead CORI TABLE's floor operations and elevate our wine program with warmth and precision.

You will supervise shifts, train the service team, coordinate with kitchen and events, and provide confident guest hosting. Fluent English is required; Danish or another Nordic language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor/head waiter/sommelier in fine-dining settings.
• Strong wine knowledge and sommelier experience; wine education is advantageous.
• Fluent English; Danish or other Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts on CORI TABLE with structure and presence.
• Coordinate reservations flow, menus, allergens, beverages, and guest preferences.
• Develop wine knowledge and confidence across the restaurant team.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and guest experience are delivered consistently.
• Collaborate with Manager, kitchen leadership, The Jetty, and Events for seamless guest experiences.
