Job summary

CORI Hornbæk Hotel is seeking a hands‑on Supervisor & Sommelier to lead the CORI TABLE floor, elevate wine service, and coach the service team. You will ensure consistent standards, guest warmth, and seamless operations across shifts.

You bring proven leadership in luxury dining, strong wine knowledge, and the ability to connect with guests while coaching colleagues. English fluency is required, Danish is a plus, and on‑site work in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor/head waiter/sommelier in high‑end settings.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and floor operations.
• Wine knowledge with practical sommelier experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead CORI TABLE shifts with structure and presence.
• Coordinate reservations, menus, allergens, and priorities.
• Oversee section staffing, table allocation, and flow between front of house and kitchen.
• Act as host and ambassador, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for.
• Manage wine service including presentation, temperature, glassware, and service standards.
• Support wine stock, cellar organization, and seasonal pairings.
