Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and evolution of the Risk Fusion platform, focusing on integrating SimCorp Dimension and Axioma Risk solutions through robust model and position integration capabilities.

You will lead architecture and API/ETL development, collaborate with Product, Consulting and QA, and deliver automated tests for new features, while mentoring engineers in a global hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
• Experience building ETL pipelines / data integrations.
• Basic understanding of pricing methodologies for financial instruments (equities, bonds, FX, futures, options, OTC derivatives).
• Demonstrated strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of Risk Fusion services.
• Design APIs and ETL pipelines to support seamless integration.
• Implement ETL flows to extract instrument T&Cs from SimCorp Dimension, map into Axioma Risk format, and import into Axioma Risk.
• Collaborate with Product, Consulting, and QA.
