As a Lead Software Engineer, you are responsible for complex software features from design through delivery. You set the technical direction, raise the bar on quality, and make the people around you better. You will work with modern AI tools and participate in AI Hackathons. As an Engineer in Service Orchestration you will be part of an international team building reliable, scalable services, orchestrating workflows and integrations, and automating operational processes. We develop self‑service tools that allow our stakeholders to deploy and manage cloud environments. This is a DevOps‑focused role requiring not only development skills but also bug‑fixing, testing, investigation, user support, and a strong focus on security.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Lead the design and architecture of software solutions that meet both business needs and engineering standards, and be accountable for the outcome.
• Mentor and support engineers across the team, ensuring they grow alongside the code.
• Work closely with product and design to ensure seamless delivery from concept to production.
• Own the resolution of complex technical issues and act as the escalation point for the team.
• Drive continuous improvement in how the team builds software: tooling, processes, standards, and culture.
• Set the standard for code quality and conduct code reviews to scale judgment across the team.
