As a Lead Software Engineer, you are responsible for complex software features from design through delivery. You set the technical direction, raise the bar on quality, and make the people around you better. You will work with modern AI tools and participate in AI Hackathons. As an Engineer in Service Orchestration you will be part of an international team building reliable, scalable services, orchestrating workflows and integrations, and automating operational processes. We develop self‑service tools that allow our stakeholders to deploy and manage cloud environments. This is a DevOps‑focused role requiring not only development skills but also bug‑fixing, testing, investigation, user support, and a strong focus on security.
5+ years of software engineering experience, with experience leading technically complex projects. A solid foundation in software design, distributed systems, and engineering best practices. The ability to communicate clearly across disciplines, with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders alike. A bias toward action and ownership, and low tolerance for unnecessary complexity.
