Job summary

SISK Group is seeking a Planning Lead for its Data Centre team in Denmark. The role develops, manages, and monitors programmes across design, procurement, construction and handover, ensuring safe, efficient delivery in line with contracts and compliance.

Lead baseline programmes, prepare target/tender schedules, manage CDE documentation, and mentor junior planners while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contract management and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in planning software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline contract programmes with clear logic and critical path using Primavera P6.
• Prepare target and tender programmes for procurement and design release.
• Maintain programme documentation in a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Develop phasing plans illustrating build sequences and logistics.
• Collaborate with teams to demonstrate sequencing and safe delivery.
• Provide regular programme status and risk/opportunity reporting.
