Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd seeks a Lead Planner in Denmark to lead the planning function on major projects, ensuring programme development and delivery on time and within scope. You will integrate planning with design, construction and commercial teams to support informed decision‑making.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale construction planning, proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong leadership to guide planning teams across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in planning complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project programmes across all phases.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify critical paths and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Produce programme reports, dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.
