Job summary

Tryg Forsikring A/S is seeking a Strategy Manager for Group Commercial Excellence to drive strategic initiatives and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes across the Nordics. You will lead project-based teams, collaborate with colleagues from top-tier firms, and support the Executive Board’s priorities in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

You hold a master’s degree in a related field and have 3–5 years in consulting or corporate strategy.

Qualifications

You hold a relevant master’s degree in business, economics, political science, engineering, or a similar field.
You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with a professional background in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or similar.
Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, along with professional‑level proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.

Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end projects independently, including scoping, planning, stakeholder management, and implementation, with full ownership of project deliverables.
Team member responsibility on own assignments, including actively managing their development, performance, engagement, and growth.
Conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
Engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusting work relationships.
An equal focus on long-term impact as well as driving day-to-day execution to help our Business Units reach their targets.
