You will drive TOM transformations and champion data governance, collaborating with Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver timely insights and sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading finance transformation and data standardization projects.
• Strong Power BI expertise for reporting development and maintenance.
• Experience with Target Operating Model transformations and finance governance.
• Excellent English communication and Nordic language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of financial data management and data integrity across the organization.
• Lead Power BI reporting tools maintenance, enhancement, and user enablement.
• Oversee internal performance management and cost reporting frameworks for strategic insights.
• Manage Target Operating Model initiatives related to finance reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate across Finance, IT, and business units on standards, automation, and data governance.
