Job summary

3Shape in Copenhagen seeks a hands-on manager to build and run the new Insights & Data Enablement function from the ground up. You will lead a small, high-trust team that partners with key business functions to translate data into actionable decisions.

You will shape how the function collaborates within the DMO and with stakeholders, acting as Business Partner for select areas and delivering real business impact through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with data insights and enablement, with the ability to build business context, progress and solutions.
• Experience with and motivation for people management, guiding, growing and mentoring a team bridging and translating data into value.
• Comfort moving between hands-on analytical work, coaching a team, and operating-model design
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to align senior business leaders and technical teams around shared priorities
• Working knowledge of data platforms, analytics and governance concepts sufficient to be credible with both DMO and business audiences
• Structured, comfortable defining process and holding people (including peers) accountable to it

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of Business Partners and Analysts (~5 FTEs).
• Act as Business Partner for one or two business areas and ensure value creation.
• Design and optimize collaboration model with DMO and business stakeholders.
• Maintain a single view of enablement demand and prioritize work by value, effort and capacity.
• Define and track value, adoption, and time-to-decision metrics and report to leadership.
• Represent Insights & Data Enablement to senior business leaders and align priorities.
