Job summary

3Shape in Copenhagen seeks a Head of Product, Lab & Studios to lead the product strategy across lab software and hardware, driving customer value and business outcomes. You will manage a team of seven Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Experience to deliver an integrated user journey.

Based at our Copenhagen headquarters, you will report to the Senior Director of Product, Lab & Studios, travel roughly 20–30 days per year, and shape a portfolio designed for

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management within complex software products.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing product managers and teams.
• Ability to define product strategy and manage portfolios across products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product vision and strategy for Lab & Studios portfolio.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and establish strong product practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Engineering to align needs and priorities.
