Job summary

Trackman is seeking a Senior Full Stack SDET who will design, build, and maintain robust test automation for backend REST/GraphQL APIs, web applications, and Windows desktop apps. You will architect end-to-end test strategies, lead planning in Agile ceremonies, and drive quality across the stack with CI/CD integration.

You will mentor junior QA engineers, collaborate with developers, product owners, and UI/UX designers, and explore AI-assisted testing to increase coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in quality engineering or SDET roles, with seniority in at least two areas (backend API testing, desktop/Windows app testing, or test framework architecture).
• Proficiency in C# for test automation and OO design principles.
• Hands-on API testing with REST/GraphQL using tools like Postman/Playwright/SpecFlow.
• Experience testing Windows/Web applications and UI automation frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for backend APIs (REST/GraphQL), web applications and Windows desktop applications.
• Architect end-to-end test strategies covering integration, system, performance, and regression testing.
• Lead test planning and review sessions in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with developers and product owners.
• Drive quality across the full stack from data ingestion APIs to client-facing Windows/Web applications.
• Define and enforce test coverage standards, reporting metrics, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
