Pandora seeks a Lead Engineer, Developer Experience to shape how engineering teams build, deliver and operate software at scale. You will own the Developer Portal strategy, the software catalogue and governance, driving self-service capabilities across the lifecycle.

You will influence global engineering teams, design scorecards and Golden Paths, and collaborate with Port.io integrations and platform tooling to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.

Formación

• 8+ years in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering or related roles.
• Experience building or evolving developer portals or internal dev platforms.
• Knowledge of software catalogue architecture and governance.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, Kubernetes and IaC.
• Fluent in English and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Developer Portal and catalogue architecture.
• Define Golden Paths and governance standards.
• Design engineering scorecards for readiness and security.
• Drive self-service adoption across tooling and platforms.
• Integrate Port.io with GitHub, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and observability tools.
• Foster communities of practice and cross-team collaboration.
