Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Senior Manager, Global eCommerce Analytics & Insights to lead data-driven growth across our digital business from Copenhagen. You will shape the analytics agenda, partner with Global eCommerce leadership, and turn insights into strategic actions that boost traffic, conversion, and revenue.

You will manage a team of analytics professionals, set KPI frameworks, and own key analytics platforms to ensure trusted, decision-ready data informs business planning on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ecommerce analytics and digital analytics.
• Proven track record influencing business strategy through data.
• Experience leading analytics teams and coaching others.
• Strong communication and storytelling to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as analytics partner to Global eCommerce leadership, shaping priorities and decisions.
• Own forecasting and performance measurement to support commercial planning.
• Define analytics strategy and roadmap for Global eCommerce.
• Lead analytics platforms governance and ensure data is decision-ready.
• Coach and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
