Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead high, medium and low voltage systems within complex industrial and energy projects. You will drive technical scope, guide multidisciplinary teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

The role combines technical engineering, project leadership and client support across electrification of process industries, with a focus on quality delivery and client engagement.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./B.Eng. Electrical Engineering, or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Power Systems and LV/MV engineering.
• Experience managing projects and engineering teams.
• Commercial mindset and client-focused approach.
• Strong oral and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of low voltage & medium voltage systems according to relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead the technical scope including leading smaller/mid-size engineering teams.
• Act as the client’s technical advisor and take on the role as Owners Engineer.
• Prepare technical specifications for power transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing and lightning protection.
• Provide technical input and support procurement processes, including handling technical clarifications during project execution.
• Participate in factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing.
• Participate in sales and proposal work.
