Job summary

Pandora A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Domain Architect for Retail and E-commerce to shape architectural strategy and guide cross‑functional teams in delivering innovative, scalable solutions for our global customer experiences.

You will partner with the Engineering Director, drive governance, mentor architects, and design end‑to‑end retail platforms that align with business goals and ensure security, performance, and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing scalable retail and e-commerce systems.
• Experience leading teams of 5–10 people.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Azure.
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed architectural strategy with Engineering Director.
• Align architecture with business goals across product lines.
• Lead architectural governance and decision processes.
• Directly manage Solution and Technical Architects; foster collaboration.
• Design end-to-end retail and e-commerce platform solutions.
• Gather requirements and evaluate suitable technologies.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
