Job summary

Terma Group in Lystrup, Denmark, seeks a Feature Architect to own the architectural direction of DevSecOps platform capabilities within the Internal Developer Platform. You will bridge strategic direction and day-to-day delivery, collaborating with platform engineers, IT, and delivery teams.

The role blends architecture with hands-on prototyping, de-risking designs, and enabling secure, scalable, on-prem solutions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level technical education and solid experience in software and platform architecture.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, on-prem or regulated environments.
• Hands-on design and operation of on-prem developer platforms or DevSecOps.
• Experience applying product thinking to internal platforms and developer experience.
• Ability to drive technical roadmaps and maturity of platforms.
• Ability to communicate architectural trade-offs under constraints.
• Practical experience with DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Gerrit, Nexus, SonarQube, Ansible, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve architectural direction of DevSecOps capabilities within the Developer Platform.
• Establish ownership, decision paths, and shared direction across the platform.
• Translate real project needs into actionable platform improvements with focus on DX.
• Maintain scalable on-prem infrastructure in collaboration with IT and operations.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps balancing delivery with long-term sustainability.
• Prototype and de-risk platform solutions when needed in a high-assurance environment.
