Job summary

Twoday is seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our AI team. You will lead the analytical work that turns a customer’s business problem into a production-ready model, collaborating with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, cloud architects and software developers on large Nordic Data & AI engagements.

You will set the analytical direction on demanding projects and grow the people delivering them while ensuring rigorous validation, governance, GDPR compliance and clear business

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on data science experience with models in production.
• Ability to translate business objectives into AI/ML problems and define success criteria.
• Strong validation, governance, and reproducibility practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical design of AI/ML solutions from problem framing to production-ready models.
• Run framing sessions with customers to define target variable, horizon and success criteria.
• Own the algorithmic approach: baselines, method selection and validation strategy.
• Set analytical standards: reproducibility, experiment tracking, documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business outcomes to data-driven solutions.
• Mentor data scientists and grow capability across Danish teams.
• Participate in scoping and pre-sales for AI initiatives.
• Evaluate new methods and tooling for customer delivery.
• Act as local ambassador for our global AI/ML offerings.
