Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science with ML and forecasting in commercial contexts.
• Track record leading senior client engagements or critical internal programs.
• Strong domain grounding in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data science workstream on senior client engagements, often 1-2 concurrent projects.
• Set the technical bar on ML and forecasting across our pharma portfolio and build scalable methods.
• Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and engineers (current ~10, growing to ~30).
• Shape new offerings from scoping to pricing to IP underpinning them.
• Represent Intellishore externally via thought leadership and senior client conversations.
