Job summary

You will contribute to lease administration, facility management, and project delivery in a dynamic international environment, growing expertise in portfolio management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• University degree in CRE or related field.
• 2–5 years in Corporate Real Estate Management, focusing on property or facilities.
• Experience in multinational and multicultural teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management systems and financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Brande properties and support the expanded region.
• Steer facility management service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee maintenance and modernization to protect asset value.
• Optimize space utilization across office, manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
• Ensure high-quality data management for FMS and maintenance activities.
