Maersk is seeking a Senior Manager for Investments & Transactions to drive strategic real estate decisions. You will lead underwriting, financial modelling and capital deployment analysis across global portfolios.

We are therefore looking for a highly motivated real estate professional to join the team as Senior Manager, Investments & Transactions.
In this role, you will play a central part in evaluating, structuring and executing strategic real estate transactions globally. You will work across acquisitions, dispositions, lease-versus-own decisions, development opportunities and sale-and-leaseback transactions, while supporting the continued commercialization and optimization of Maersk’s real estate portfolio.
The role provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate real estate, investments and strategy within one of the world’s largest logistics companies.
In IRE you will be part of a global team of real estate professionals, but you will be based in the HQ team located in Copenhagen but will equally be working with the other real estate colleagues across the globe.

You are good at solving complex business problems in a structured and analytical manner. You can conduct deep financial analysis and effectively communicate the conclusions, e.g. making executive summaries of possible strategies for presentation to senior management.
