Job summary

Ellab, a Danish company providing validation, monitoring and calibration solutions, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join the PMO and support cross-functional R&D projects. You will coordinate hardware and software development initiatives and help drive timely releases.

You will work with engineers, production and stakeholders to build plans, manage the backlog, identify risks and grow into more complex programs with guidance from an experienced PMO.

Qualifications

• Some experience in project management, coordination or similar role.
• Experience in R&D, engineering, software, hardware, product development or manufacturing.
• Ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous situations.
• Take ownership and actively follow up rather than waiting for things to happen.
• Clear communication and willingness to raise risks, issues and blockers.
• Organizational mindset to manage multiple activities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware and/or software development projects from initiation to release.
• Coordinate projects, epics and workstreams within larger product development programs.
• Manage and prioritize backlog of product ideas and development initiatives.
• Build project plans with milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Identify blockers and drive timely actions to resolve them.
• Identify risks and issues, ensure ownership and mitigation.
• Provide clear project status updates and escalate when needed.
• Lead project meetings and ensure actions are followed through.
• Create transparency and structure in a dynamic environment.
