Job summary

Ellab A/S is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its PMO, supporting and coordinating projects across the R&D organization. You will work with hardware and software development projects, epics and workstreams, and help manage the backlog as part of broader product development programs.

You will be supported by an experienced PMO team and have opportunities to grow your project management capabilities, taking on more complex projects and building strong internal relationships across

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional work in a technical environment.
• Experience in an R&D, engineering, product development, technology or manufacturing context.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Take ownership and proactively follow up.
• Clear communication and risk/blocker reporting.

Responsibilities

• Managing hardware and/or software development projects from initiation through development to release.
• Coordinating projects, epics and workstreams within larger product development programs.
• Managing and prioritising the backlog of product ideas and development initiatives.
• Building project plans and tracking milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Collaborating with R&D, Production and other stakeholders to align priorities.
• Identifying blockers and driving timely resolutions.
• Monitoring project risks and issues with ownership and mitigation.
• Providing clear status updates and escalating major risks and decisions.
• Facilitating project meetings and ensuring actions are followed through.
• Creating transparency and structure in a dynamic environment where priorities change.
