Job summary

Falck in Denmark is seeking a motivated student to join our procurement team of 15 professionals. You will support a global procurement transformation by participating in high-impact sourcing projects, performance reporting, and digital optimization initiatives.

You will work 15-20 hours per week while studying, with dedicated mentorship from senior procurement experts and a clear path to a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Economics).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving mindset with curiosity for data.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across cultures.
• Proficient in MS Office and interested in generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support global procurement transformation through high-impact sourcing projects and reporting.
• Assist in driving tenders and negotiations on a global scale across spend categories.
• Leverage eSourcing tools and generative AI to support tenders and presentations.
• Facilitate performance tracking and compile analytical reports for management decisions.
• Create executive-level data-driven presentations with professional layouts.
• Drive change management activities and assist in implementing procurement policies.
