Job summary

Actona Group A/S is seeking a Procurement System and Support Specialist to stabilize daily operations and drive process improvements across Denmark and China. The role combines hands-on system support with cross-functional process optimization in an international setting.

You will ensure data quality, maintain procedures, and back up key procurement activities, while collaborating with stakeholders in Denmark and China and reporting to the VP Procurement DK.

Qualifications

• Relevant commercial, administrative or systems-oriented education.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in BC25, Perfion and related systems.
• Act as the day-to-day link between Procurement Denmark and China.
• Provide operational backup on activities such as price changes, article and order creation.
• Maintain processes, procedures, guidelines, training material and knowledge library.
• Map, document and standardize end-to-end procurement processes.
