Job summary

Temp-Team Denmark is seeking a Junior Nanofabrication Engineer for a state-of-the-art semiconductor lab in Kongens Lyngby, north of Copenhagen. You will work on cutting-edge fabrication processes to advance qubit devices alongside researchers and engineers.

You will execute daily fabrication and metrology tasks, ensure SOPs are followed, report deviations, and help train colleagues in a dynamic, international team with extensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• MSc in materials science, nanoscience, physics or similar.
• Hands-on experience in a cleanroom/Lab with semiconductor processing.
• Understands clean room rules, protocols, and practices.
• Handling samples.
• Experience in metrology with tools, such as Optical Microscopy and SEM as well as image processing for automated CD measurements.
• Experience in processing with III-V material systems is a plus; Electron Beam Lithography.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fabrication and measurement tasks according to SOPs and flows.
• Monitor and report process deviations; create and submit reports.
• Provide service delivery expertise in operating micro- and nanofabrication tools or related expertise.
• Communicate and report to the lead person.
• Provide service delivery in English (oral and written).
• Continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
• Help train new employees.
