Job summary

DTU Nanolab in Lyngby, Denmark seeks one to two Process Generalists for permanent roles in a high‑level cleanroom. You will support and advise students and researchers on fabrication processes, and train users in operating state‑of‑the‑art equipment, and collaborate with industrial partners to deliver complete fabrication solutions.

You should hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Micro/Nanotechnology, Materials Science or related field with at least 3 years in semiconductor fabrication, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Micro/Nanotechnology, Materials Science or related field with at least 3 years in semiconductor fabrication.
• Experience with nano- and microfabrication techniques such as UV lithography, thin film deposition, DRIE and SEM.
• Fluent in English and able to document process development steps clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise students and researchers on fabrication processes in a cleanroom environment.
• Train users in operating state-of-the-art semiconductor processing equipment.
• Collaborate with industrial partners to design and execute complete fabrication sequences.
