Job summary

Temp-Team Denmark is hiring a Junior Nanofabrication Engineer for a state-of-the-art lab in Kongens Lyngby, just north of Copenhagen. You will work with cutting-edge nanofabrication tools to fabricate and measure nanoscale devices in a dynamic team of scientists and engineers.

The ideal candidate holds a MSc in a relevant field and has hands-on cleanroom experience with semiconductor processing, metrology, and EBL knowledge.

Qualifications

• MSc in materials science, nanoscience, physics or similar.
• Hands-on cleanroom/semiconductor processing experience.
• Familiar with clean room rules and protocols.
• Experience with metrology tools and image processing for CD measurements.
• Experience with III-V materials and EBL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fabrication and measurement tasks per SOPs.
• Monitor and report process deviations with formal reports.
• Provide service in operating micro- and nanofabrication tools.
• Communicate with the lead and team in English.
• Contribute to service quality improvements and training.
