Job summary

DTU Nanolab invites an experienced engineer/physicist to join the lithography team as a Process Specialist focused on e-beam and UV lithography. You will work in a leading open access facility enabling micro- and nanofabrication for quantum tech, photonics, MEMS and more.

Responsibilities include process development, troubleshooting, system maintenance of JEOL and Raith lithography tools, QC work, and training of users in cleanroom environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in engineering, physics or related micro/nanofabrication field.
• Hands-on experience with e-beam lithography systems and UV lithography.
• Strong understanding of lithography processes and chemistry.
• Experience working in ISO 4/5 cleanrooms and training users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot lithography processes and equipment.
• Maintain JEOL JBX-9500FSZ and Raith e-LINE Plus systems.
• Perform QC on lithography processes and support process development.
• Provide user training on lithography tools and related equipment.
