Job summary

NORDEN is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Risk Management team. You will help build analytical solutions that support risk measurement, financial performance analysis and decarbonisation initiatives across our global shipping business.

You will work with modern technologies in Azure, develop end-to-end solutions from concept to production, and collaborate with risk analysts and finance partners to create reliable, timely insights.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in software systems.
• Degree in a relevant technical, economic or mathematical field.
• Genuine interest in software development and building robust solutions.
• Interest in Azure Cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and right to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable software systems and well-tested code.
• Design, develop and support Azure-based applications for risk management.
• Explore opportunities for applying AI to improve processes.
