Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Business Controller for the Group Finance team, focused on FP&A. You are newly graduated or have 1-3 years of experience and will play a central role in timely management reporting and KPI analyses.

You will work with the Head of Group FP&A and Forecasting, own monthly reporting for senior leaders, analyze performance, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting. Interacting with Shared Service departments provides insight into value drivers.

Qualifications

• Newly graduated or 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to communicate across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly financial reporting for senior leaders with global responsibilities.
• Analyze financial results and prepare presentations.
• Collaborate with Shared Service departments across the business.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support development of the system structure and process improvements.
