AIP Management in Copenhagen is seeking a part-time People & Culture assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and data administration. In this part-time role, you will support the People & Culture team in tasks relating to recruitment, on-/offboarding people data, and P&C process management. You’ll gain valuable experience in the daily workings of a fast-paced, people-focused team within the infrastructure investment industry. You will be part of an energetic and caring People & Culture team in the infrastructure investment industry. This people-centric team is formed by Fraiyah & Josephine and led by Nicole, our People & Culture Director. We are all located in AIP’s Copenhagen Office.
AIP specialises in decarbonisation and energy infrastructure investments that facilitate the energy transition in Europe and North America. Our team comprises around 100 professionals with extensive expertise in investments and energy, working from Copenhagen, London, Madrid, and New York.
To date, AIP has invested €8 billion in infrastructure assets. This includes renewable energy assets with a capacity of approximately 9 GW. Once fully operational, AIP’s investments will contribute to avoiding more than 17 million tonnes of greenhouse gases and support over 9 million households with renewable electricity.
