BRÜNING GROUP is expanding its team in Copenhagen to drive Italy-focused growth. We seek a Junior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who can develop opportunities in Italy, build long-term relationships with waste-to-energy producers, brokers and logistics providers, and help shape trading concepts.

Expect frequent travel to Italian production sites and a monthly visit to Bremen. Fluency in Italian and English, plus strong negotiation and analytical skills, are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales or procurement.
• Experience in international logistics.
• Flexible, independent and structured working style with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with international stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Italy facilities and Bremen (Germany).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in Italy.
• Build and manage relationships with waste-to-energy producers, brokers, and logistics providers.
• Coordinate national and international material flows per customer needs.
• Negotiate trading agreements and close contracts.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
• Travel regularly to production sites in Italy and monthly to Bremen.
