Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Hillerød, Denmark, seeks an IT System Manager to lead management and validation of PLM, CAD and MBSE systems (3DX, CATIA, Windchill, CREO) across environments. You will blend hands-on administration with project delivery, user support and compliance activities to standardise processes and ensure data access across development workflows.

The role requires strong English communication, stakeholder collaboration and a background in IT security, validation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• BSc with 8+ years, MSc with 6+ years or PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience in IT/engineering.
• At least five years of experience with PLM and CAD tools and system management, including hands-on administration of 3DX, CATIA, Windchill, CREO or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IT security, validation, audit readiness and system compliance; regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer and maintain PLM, CAD, CAE and MBSE systems across environments, configurations and users.
• Support and improve IT infrastructure that enables virtual testing and digital engineering.
• Monitor system performance, capacity and availability; coordinate improvements with IT and external suppliers.
• Manage small to mid-size IT projects such as upgrades, tool evaluations, and new capabilities.
• Provide end-user support, training and best-practice communication with external providers.
• Ensure audit readiness, system validation, validated state maintenance, risk assessments and IT security implementations.
• Support vendor dialogue, licence definitions, cost models and budget follow-up with Head of Digitalisation.
