Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering is seeking a Workplace Manager to join the Facility Management team at our Virum HQ. You will oversee workplace operations, ensure safety, efficiency, and a high level of service for colleagues, while coordinating with landlords, vendors, and external partners.

This on-site role requires a proactive, service-minded professional with at least five years in FM, strong IT use, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Min.5 years of experience in Facility or Property Management or similar operations.
• Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance, and facility projects.
• Strong IT skills and interest in digital solutions for FM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations at the Virum site.
• Drive maintenance activities and the 5-year maintenance roadmap.
• Serve as primary contact for facility-related matters with colleagues.
• Build relationships with landlords, property managers, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Manage workplace services, space planning, budgeting, invoice approvals, and facility admin.
• Drive continuous improvements using digital tools to support operations.
